We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vontoon. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
